Zoning Board of Appeals will consider at their March 21 meeting the petition of Massflora LCC for a special permit & development plan review for a marijuana production facility at 295 Blair Road property. Massflora proposes a new 7,000 square foot building, a 5 acre fenced outdoor cultivation field & site improvements.
