In light of buyer offer of Pines Lodge Park, Town Manager Bob Menicocci says the reconstituted Mobile Home Rent Control Board has 1 open seat. The Board “regulates rents & standards for use or occupancy of mobile home park accommodations.” Interested citizens submit a Government Engagement Activity Form to the Town Manager.
