‘Preserving the Berkshire Harvest’ highlights the culinary talents and farm-to-table efforts of several of the most innovative chefs of the Berkshires. This showcase event took place in NYC at the James Beard House in March. Brent Wasser, manager of Williams College’s Sustainable Food and Agriculture Program, produced this video so folks back home could witness the event behind the scenes at the Beard House.
