Voters in Mass. will vote on Ballot Question 2 this presidential election. The Initiative Petition is for a Law to Implement Ranked-Choice Voting in Elections. Andy Anderson with yeson2 explains ranked choice voting to Anne Skinner, W’town LWV. The League urges a YES vote on Question 2.
