School Committee rejects interim Superintendent’s opening plan, instead voting for (6-1) a new plan moved by Steve Miller to open to students Sept. 16 on staggered-day, on-site learning at all 3 district schools. Superintendent hire Jake McCandless starts Nov. 5.
