Fin Comm votes 4-1 to spend $139,617 from the Reserve Fund’s $150K to cover “extraordinary & unforeseen expenditures” in FY2021. Fin Comm not apprised before Annual Town Meeting of the Select Board’s agreement with Jason Hoch which impacts FY 21 & FY 22 budget. Interim Manager Blanchard informs Fin Comm: “…(Jason) receives his salary for next year (FY22) as part of his severance agreement.” Melissa Cragg becomes new Chair.
