This film follows the creation of “Sir Edmund Hillary”, a panel in Debora Coombs’ stained glass window series “Menfolk” that explores maleness at various ages and in different emotional landscapes. The artist is painting glass, kiln-firing and assembling the stained glass.

Video was shot at Coombs’s Vermont studio and home.
